ربما يسبب ضرر كبير ، فهو من الخطأ تثبيت اكثر من برنامج قد تحدث مشاكل بسبب التعارض بينهما ، فان اغلب شركات
الحماية تقوم باصدار اداة لازالة برنامج الحماية الخاص بها وساستعرض في هذا الموضوع هذه الادوات لابرز برامج
الحماية الرئيسية .

نبدأ بملاحظات مهمه
وهي ان قسم من برامج الحماية يتم ازالتها بالطرق العاديه في ازالة تثبيتها كالتالي

قسم من الادوات ليست لازالة البرنامج بل ازالة مخلفات البرنامج او حذف البرنامج اذا لم تتم ازالته بالصورة الصحيحه
وايضا من البرامج تتم ازالته بالاداة الخاصة به ومن موقعه الرسمي وبحالتين

تشغيل الاداة واتباع التعليمات في ازالة البرنامج
الثانية
الغاء تثبيت البرنامج بالاداة ولكن من الوضع الآمن Safe Mode
ويعتبر الوضع الآمن عبارة عن أحد خيارات استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها الخاصة بـ Windows
والذي يبدأ تشغيل الكمبيوتر في حالة محددة. حيث يتم فقط بدء تشغيل الملفات الأســــــاسية وبرامج
التشغيل الضرورية لتشغيل Windows. وتظهر الكلمــتان الوضع الآمن في جوانب جـــهاز العرض
لإعلامك بوضع Windows الذي يتم استخدامه
وطريقة الدخـــول الى السيف مود هي كــــــــما يلي​

أزل كافة الأقراص المرنة والأقراص المضغوطة وأقراص DVD من الكمبيوتر، ثم أعد تشغيل الكمبيوتر.
انقر فوق الزر ابدأ ثم فوق السهم المجاور لزر إيقاف التشغيل ثم انقر فوق إعادة التشغيل.
قم بتنفيذ أحد الإجراءات التالية:
في حالة وجود نظام تشغيل واحد مثبت على الكمبيوتر، اضغط المفتاح F8 باستمرار أثناء إعـــــــــادة تشغيل الكمبيوتر.
يجب ضغط المفتاح F8 قبل ظهور شعار Windows. إذا ظهر شعار Windows، ستكون بحاجة إلى أن تــــــحاول
ثانية عن طريق الانتظار حتى تظهر المطالبة بتسجيل الدخول إلى Windows ثم إيقاف تشغيل الكمبيوتر وإعادة تشغيله.
في حالة وجود أكثر من نظام تشغيل واحد على الكمبيوتر، استخدم مفاتيح الأسهم لتحديد نـــظام التشغيل الذي ترغب في
بدء تشغيله في الوضع الآمن، ثم اضغط المفتاح F8.
على الشاشة Advanced Boot Options، استخدم مفاتيح الأسهم لتمييز خيار الوضع الآمن الذي ترغب فيه،
ثم اضغط مفتاح Enter

سيتم تحديث الادوات باستمرار ان شاء الله

1. Immediately after the computer is powered on or restarted
2. (usually after you hear your computer beep), tap the F8 key in 1 second intervals.
3. After your computer displays hardware information and runs a memory test, the Advanced Boot Options menu will appear.
4. Use the arrow keys to select Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking and press ENTER

Start Windows 8 in Safe Mode with networking
Press the Windows key + C, and then click Settings.

Click Power, hold down Shift on your keyboard and then click Restart.



Click Troubleshoot



Click Advanced options



Click Startup Settings



Click Restart.



Press 5 on your keyboard to Enable Safe Mode with Networking. Windows will start in Safe Mode with Networking

Review the item(s) listed under Installed AV products, type the number that corresponds to
the ESET installation in this list that you want to remove and then press Enter

Type y to confirm your selection

Once the ESET Uninstaller tool is finished running, press any key to

Download the ESET Uninstaller (650 KB) and save it to your Desktop

search and type cmd into the Search field. Right-click the cmd application

To remove all present antivirus installations without being
prompted, run the uninstaller with the /force parameter.​

If the ESET Uninstaller cannot be used successfully in Safe Mode, disable self-defense in your
ESET product and restart your computer
. Run the ESET Uninstaller again using the /nosafemode parameter.

Uninstall the Epfw NDIS LightWeight Filter

1. Press the Windows key + r to open a Run dialog, type ncpa.cpl into the blank field and then click OK.
2. Right-click your network adapter (select Wireless network connection) and select Properties from the drop-down menu.
3. Select Epfw NDIS LightWeight Filter and click Uninstall. Click Yes at the prompt, uninstallation may take several minutes.

Restart your computer in Safe Mode

1. Navigate in the menu bar to Finder → Go → Utilities
2. Double-click on the Avira-Uninstall icon to launch the uninstallation wizard
3. Confirm the deletion of the quarantined files before starting with the uninstallation
4. Authenticate with user name (with administrative rights) and password
5. Avira Free Antivirus for Mac will be removed from your computer

Restart your computer.

In case the uninstallation was not successful, use the AVG Remover tool.
Please make sure to save all your work and close all open documents! Your computer will be restarted during the process:
download the AVG Remover tool.
Run the downloaded file and then click Continue to agree with AVG’s license agreement and privacy policy
. AVG Remover will now scan your computer to find all installed AVG products.
From the list of products, select the one you would like to remove.
Your computer will need to be restarted. After the restart, AVG Remover will finish the uninstallation.

Symptoms
The automatic uninstallation from Add or Remove Programs of the Windows Control Panel
has not been completed correctly
The services of my product have expired, I do not wish to renew and I want to stop getting
the popups reminding me to renew my Panda 2015 product

Solution
Uninstall your Panda product from the Windows Control Panel.
Only if this process is not completed correctly, it is advisable t
o completely remove files and registry entries of your antivirus.
To do this, follow the instructions below:

Download and run the Panda Generic Uninstaller file to the Windows Desktop, for example
Click Yes when a window showing the following message is displayed:
Do you want to run this uninstaller?
WARNING: It will reboot at the end to ensure a clean uninstall



The following message will be displayed, but even if the window is not displayed
reboot your computer once the uninstallation process is completed
