عندى مشكلة الا وهى انه يوجد برنامج

كلما ازلته يعود ثانيا وانا لا اعرف من اين جاء

اولا البرنامج هو برنامج اعلانات يقوم بعرض اعلانات على المتصفحات عندك بطريقه مزعجه

اولا قم بتنصيب انتى فيروس جيد وانصحك ب eset smart security وتجده على المنتدى

وقم بتنصيب برنامج iobit malware fighter وايضا موجود على المنتدى

What is aMuleC? تعريف بالبرنامج المزعج
aMuleC is categorized as an advertising-supported application as it inserts various ads into your browsers after it gets installed onto your computer. The program uses the bundling distribution method, so it is unsurprising that you do not remember installing it. All of your browsers will be affected by the adware as it works on all major browsers. Regardless of how the application may be promoted, you should know that its main goal is to make money for its creators by generating web traffic. There is nothing beneficial about the app for computer users. We suggest you delete aMuleC without hesitation.

How to remove aMuleC from Browsers

• How to reset your browser?

Remove aMuleC and other malicious add-ons from Internet Explorer:
To deal with aMuleC in Internet Explorer, you will have to follow these steps:

1. Run Internet Explorer and press Alt+X simultaneously.
2. Afterwards, open Manage add-ons and choose Toolbars and Extensions.
3. From the provided list remove all suspicious extensions including aMuleC.
4. Navigate to Search Providers. Erase the current search tool and pick a new one as your default.
5. Save the changes you made and leave this window.
6. Now press Alt+X one more time and select Internet Options.
7. Access the General tab and replace this home page with the one you trust (google.com , yahoo.com , msn.com)
8. To finish the procedure, tap OK.

Remove aMuleC and malicious Extensions from Mozilla Firefox:

If a browser hijacker took over Google Chrome, the last set of instructions are prepared for you. Do not miss a single step and take care of your system:

1. Run Google Chrome and tap Alt+F.
2. Click More Tools and choose Extensions.
3. Eliminate the undesirable extensions from the list.
4. Access Settings and navigate to Open a page or a set of pages that you can find under On startup.
5. Press Set pages and replace the current home page with another one.
6. Click OK and select Manage Search Engines (under search).
7. Remove the current search engine and select a new one.
8. Click Done and restart Google Chrome.

How to reset your browser?
Reset Internet Explorer

1. Launch your browser and tap Alt+T or click Tools > Internet Options icon at the top right corner.
2. Click on the Advanced tab and press Reset button.
3. Tick a box next to Delete personal Settings and press the Reset button again.
4. Restart your browser.

Reset Mozilla Firefox

1. Open your browser and tap Alt+H.
2. Click Help > Troubleshooting Information.
3. Now Click Refresh Firefox.
4. Click the Refresh Firefox button again.

Reset Google Chrome

1. Open your browser and tap Alt+F or click on 3 Stripes icon at the top right corner
2. Select Settings and Click Show advanced settings at end of the page.
3. Click Reset settings button.
4. Click the Reset button.

Safari Browser

1. Launch your Safari browser.
2. Select Safari Settings (top-right corner).
3. Choose Reset Safari.... from the drop-down menu.
4. A warning dialog box containing all items that you wish to delete will appear. These items are checked by default.
5. Make sure that the items you want to erase are checked.
6. Press the Reset button.
7. Your Safari browser will automatically restart.

مشكور كثيرا اخى على الرد و الشرح جزاك الله كل خير

بخصوص برنامج الحماية فقد تم التجربة بالفعل ولكن مشكلتى مع برامج الحماية هو انهم يحذفون لى ملفات كثيرة مهمة ويشكون فى كل شىء وللاسف لم اعد استخدم اى برنامج

وتم ازلة البرنامج بالطريقة التى ذكرتها اكثر من مرة ولكن يعود ثانياً

سوف اقوم بتجربة AdwCleaner و اتمنى ان تحل المشكلة
