عندي مشكلة عويصة حصلت في جهازي مؤخراً وهي ظهور رسالة windows has stopped working ومن ثم يعمل اعادة تشغيل windows explorer وتظهر مره اخرى ويكرر المشكلة وانا الآن عملت end prosses للـexplorer.exe أرجو حل المشكلة من فظلكم وشكراً مقدماً .
