مشكلة عدم ظهور خصائص سطح المكتب

عندما ناخذ كليك يمين على سطح المكتب لاتظر خصائص علما باة كانت موجودة الوندز هو win7 ultimate بحثت وجت حلول ولاكن لم تفلح مثلا هذا نقوم بفتح قائمة إبدأ أو Start -run -regsvr32 els.dll
