افتحrun واكتب هذا الامر
SystemPropertiesAdvanced.exe
تفتح لك نافذه خصائص النظام اختار منها advanced
اختار كما بالصور بما يوافق ويندوز 7

تاكد من الخياkernel memory dump

-حمل هذه الاداه

يجب عليك تسجيل الدخول او تسجيل لمشاهدة الرابط المخفي

شغل الاداه كمسؤول
-اضغط عليgrap all في الاداه
انتظر حتي تنتهي الاده من عملها واضغط ok علي النوافذ التي تظهر
-هناك ملف باسم الاده علي سطح المكتب اضغطه وارفعه هنا
بانتظارك اخي

المشكله عندك اخي الكريم من كارت الشاشه
احذف التعريف الخاص به ثم نصب الموافق لكارتك بعد عمل رستارت
