مشكلة في لعبة call of duty 2

أعزائي بعد تحميل و تتبيت اللعبة call of duty 2 أريد بدأها
فتواجهني المشكلة التالية الممتلة في الرسالة أسفله :

It appears that Call of Duty (R) 2 did not quit properly the time it ran
do you want to run the gamein saf mode

ثم الرسالة التانية :

لا تقم بفتح موضوع إستفسار ثاني قبل الانتهاء من الموضوع الاول وغلقه
أواجه مشكلة في تحميل الألعاب
