السلام عليكم
مشكلة الجهاز كانت الشاشة الزرقاء
ثم اصبح ينطفئ لوحد ثم يشتغل من ينطفئ مرات عديدة
حتى انه اضطر في بعض الاحيان الى قطع الكهرباء ثم اعادت التشغيل
غيرت النظام من 8.1 الى 10 الى 7 ونفس المشكلة
غيرت التغذية ونفس المشكلة
ايضا عند الضغط من قائمة ابدا على ايقاف الجهاز لا ينطفى وتبقى المروحة تعمل لكن لا يعرض اي صور
