حدثت بعض المشكلات أثناء تثبيت التحديثات، ولكننا سنعيد المحاولة لاحقًا. إذا استمرت تلك المشكلة في الظهور ورغبت في البحث على الويب أو الاتصال بخدمة الدعم للحصول على المزيد من المعلومات، فقد يفيدك هذا: (0x80073701)
سبق منذ فترة وطرحت موضوع عن مشكلة في تثبيت تحديثات ويندوز 10 وللاسف الى يومنا هذا لم يتم الحل !
اتبعت طريق كثيرة جدا جدا دون فائدة

اليوم جربت هذه الطرق خطوة تلو الاخرى ( عن طريق تطبيق شرح في احد الفيديوهات على اليوتيوب )
Step 1
Anaylsis
Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /AnalyzeComponentStore
Step 2
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
(checks for any corrupted files in the Windows Image)
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
(Restores the corrupted files if errors found in ScanHealth)
sfc.exe /scannow
(runs system file checker)
Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
(Cleans the component store)
Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase
(This will remove all the unnecessary components in the store)
Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /SPSuperseded
(This will reduce space, but you can't roll back after the current version or service pack)
Step 3
Reboot system and check for updates

الخطوات السابقة تتم بنجاح ما عدا الامر يلي باللون الاحمر يظهر إيرور رقم 13 في الـ CMD كالأتي :

Image Version: 10.0.19042.985
Removing backup files created during service pack installation.
Error: 13
Could not identify the current edittion of the Windows image.
The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log
