السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
الموضوع زي ما شوفتوه نسيت كلمة السر بتاعت اميلي , في البداية ساشرح لكم كيف صارت هذه القصة ..... قمت بتغير كلمة السر بتاعت اميلي الي هو تم الحرير ( هذا الايميل انا مسجل فيه في المنتدى) لانه الايميل كان يفصل وهو مفتوح فنصحني صديقي بتغير كلمة السر فقمت بذلك وبعد ما خلصت كل شيئ ذهبت لافتحوا وعندما سجلت الدخول بعدما كتبت كلمة السر طبعا طلعت رسالة تقول انه كلمة المرور غير صحيحة
محتاج مساعدتكم وان شاء الله اجد من يساعدني ......... - ملاحظة :
الجواب السري بتاعي برده مش راضي ينجح , و البريد البديل هو نفسه البريد الي عليه المشكلة يعني ورطة :?: .
قمت بارسال رسالة للشركة شرحت فيها مشكلتي فأرسلوا لي طلب ملئت البيانات الي فيها وارسلتها وبعد 24 ساعة بعتولي هذه الرسالة :
