مشكلة في الاكسبلورر

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
المكشلة هي اني كل ما افتح تبويب جديد new tab في الاكسبلورر يظهر لي
softonic web search كما في الصورة
أرجوا الحل من اهل الخبرة

اغلق صفحات الاكسبلورر

افتح لوحة التحكم ثم البرامج والميزات واحذف

softonic web search

ويفضل حذفايبرنامج ينتهي بـ Toolbar

لا يوجد في قائمة البرامج المثبة اي شيء بهالاسم softonic web search وأعتقد ان هذا ليس toolbar

افتح الاكسبلورر واعمل له اعادة تعيين

الطريقه

افتح الاكسبلورر واتبع المسار

أدوات < خيارات انترنت ( Tools < Internet Options )

اضغط على تبويب خيارات متقدمه ( Advanced )

اضغط على إعادة تعيين ( Rest ) كما في الصورة

تظهر نافذة اضغط على إعادة تعيين ( Rest ) مره أخرى

تظهر نافذة اضغط على إغلاق ( Close )

تظهر نافذة وافق عليها

شغل الاكسبلورر وشوف هل انتهت المشكله ام لا

أخي محب المدينة قمت بعمل إعادة تعيين للاكسبلورر
ولكن مازالت المشكلة مستمرة

افتح الاكسبلورر

اضغط تبويب ادوات ثم ادارة الوظائف الاضافية

تظهر نافذة , في اليمين اضغط على وظيفة موفروا البحث

اعمل ازالة لـ softonic web search

طيب احذف Bing من البرامج والميزات ( بعد اغلاق الاكسبلورر )

واذا وجدته كما في النافذة اللي بردك الأخير احذفه

واخيرنا ايش صار معك

يجب عليك تسجيل الدخول او تسجيل لمشاهدة الرابط المخفي

بعد الفص الكامل بالبرنامج

ابحث عن Softonic Toolbar واعمل له تعطيل

اغلق الاكسبلورر ثم افتحه من جديد

أخواني محمد مدحمود و علي همر شكرا على مروركم واهتمامكم
جربت طريقتك اخي محمد وما في فايدة
أما تقرير المالوير فموجود في ردي السابق أرجوا الاطلاع عليه
مع ان معرفتي بالكمبيوتر والصيانة جيدة ولكن لم تواجهني هالمشكلة من قبل
مازالت المشكلة بحاجة للحل

اخوي جرب هذه الأداة في الوضع الآمن للويندوز

يجب عليك تسجيل الدخول او تسجيل لمشاهدة الرابط المخفي

ثم نظف الجهاز بأداة CCleaner

ثم ادخل للوضع الطبيعي للويندوز وشوف هل زالت المشكلة ام لا
