مشكلة في مستكشف windows علي نظام windows 7

واجهتني مشكلة عصيبة وهي توقف مستكشف الويندوز عن العمل

كل ما ادخل على المستندات وبعدها ادخل على التنزيلات تظهر الصورة التالية

جربت حلول كثيرة سأسردها لكم لكي تكون الامور واضحة

1- نزلت ادة Repair Windows Explorer واحتلت المشكلة ثم بعد ايام قليلة عادت المشكلة , اعدت استعمال الاداة لكنها لم تفلح , انتقلت الى الخطوة الثانية

2- قمت بالفحص ببرنامج Malwarebyte واظهر لي قرابة 40 ملف ضار فقمت بحذفهم واعدت الفحص وظهرت ملفات ضارة اخرى قرابة 9 فقمت بحذفها

3- ثبتّ تحديثات الويندوز واعدت استخدام الاداة ولم تنفع

4- تم تقسيم مستكشف الويندوز الى قسمين عشان اذا تعطل الاول يعمل الآخر بالطريقة التالية
