لا يتوفر اي وصول الى الانترنت "الاتصال محدود"

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاتة


بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم



اخواني انا عندي مشكلة مستمرة وهي انا الاتصال يستمر بالانقطاع او بالحراء لا يتوفر اي وصول الى الانترنت
كما يضهر لي والحل الوحيد اللذي اعرفة في ان اذهب الى الوايرلس واعمل له تعطيل وتفعيل من جديد
مرة تعمل الطريقة ومرة لا اذا لم تعمل يضهر لي لا يتوفر اي الشبكة علما ان المشكلة ليست من المودم بل من الجهاز
اذا لم تعمل الطريقة السابقة الحل الوحيد اعمل ريستارت للجهاز لكن لا يمر وقت طويل
الا ونفس المشكلة تظهر من جديد وايضا حملت برنامج للاتصال بشبكات الوايرلس تلقائيا
لكن بدون فائدة ايضا
