السلام عليكم و رحمة الله تعالي و بركاته
ان شاء الله هاشرح مشكلتي بالكامل هنا في الموضوع و هوضح كل التفاصيل الي مريت بيها لعل و عسي ربنا يكرم و نقدر نوصل لحل للمشكلة
1 - انا عندي لاب توب من نوع Hp probook 450 G4 البروسيسور من نوع I7 - 7500U الرامات من نوع 8GB - 2133HZ راما واحدة فقط
كارت الشاشاة من نوع نفيدينا 930Mx
2 - الجهاز متسطب عليه نسخة ويندوز 10 برو 64 محملها من الموضوع دا

و بالفعل سطبت النسخة و كل حاجة تمام و عملت موضوع في قسم التفعيل و تم تفعيل الويندوز الحمد لله
و النسخة محدثة بتاريخ اليوم 4 - 11 - 2018
3 - نزلت تعريفات الجهاز من موقع HP الرسمي و عرفت كل حاجة تمام
4 - حملت برنامج Kaspersky Internet Secuiret 2019 من الموقع الرسمي و الناس مشكورين في زيزوم و تم التفعيل و البرنامج محدث بتاريخ اليوم
5 - المتصفح الرئيسي الي انا باستخدموا هوا FireFox و محدث بتاريخ اليوم
6 - كل شغلي علي الجهاز عبارة عن تصفح و مشاهدة اليوتويب فقط .. مبلعبش علية و مبعملش اي شغل مونتاج او ريندر علي الجهاز
7 - استخدامي الانترنت من اول يوم شغلت فيه الجهاز كان عن طريق الواي فاي .. و الكارت الي عندي من نوع الظاهر في الصورة و دا اعتقد انوا اخر تحديث نزل للكارت في موقع HP
بقالي 5 شهور تقريبا بستخدم الابتوب علي الواي فاي من وقت ما اشتريتوا
و الحمد لله طول ال 5 شهور دول مظهرتش عندي ولا شاشاة زرقاء نهائي الحمد لله
قررت من اول الشهر اني اجيب كابل نت و اجرب اشغل الجهاز علي الكابل بدل الواي فاي .... وصلت الكابل بالراوتر و وصلتوا بالجهاز ...

و لاقيت برنامج Driver Booster بيقولي ان في تحديث للتعريف دا ...
مشكلتي حصل بقي من اول ما وصلت كابل النت بالجهاز
الكابل وصل عادي و الجهاز اتعرف عليه و اختفت علامة الواي فاي و ظهرت علامة اني مستخدم كابل انتر نت
فتحت الفايرفوكس و بجرب افتح الفيس بوك او موقع زيزوم حتي ... هوب و الشاشة الزرقاء ظهرت ... و جربتها اكتر من مرة و نفس الشاشاة
قولت بلاش فايرفوكس و تعالي نجرب مايكروسوفت ايدج .. و فتحتوا و المواقع فتحت عادي بس بعد فترة بسيطة ظهرت الشاشة الزرقاء بردوا
نزلت الاداة بتاعت Bluse Screen view ... ( لاقيت الاتنين دول ) مع العلم ان الشاشاة حصلت اكتر من مرة و بيكونوا في البرنامج ظاهرين عادي لاكن بعد اكتر من مرة بيختفوا و بتظهر اخر واحدة بس
انا رفعت ليكوا الملفين علي اللنك دا
و حملت برنامج اسموا Whocrashed و لاقيت فيه المعلومات دي

انا صراحة حاليا مش عارف دا بسبب مشكلة في الويندوز ..ز و لا مشكلة في تعريف كارت النت ,,, و لا مشكلة في الفايرفوكس .. و لا في الكاسبير سكاي ... و لا مشكلة في الرماات نفسها ... و لا مشكلة في بوردة لا قدر الله ؟
