تم اعطاؤه في الامر الثاني

السؤال هل نسخت Office16O365HomePremR_Grace هي التي اصبحت بهذا الشكل عند اختلاطها مع النسخة الفوليم

لان نسيت ارفقها مع الموضوع الاساسي وهي الزامية اعتذر منك .

النسخة تم تحميها من زيزوم و تحديدا الموضوع التالي

نوع النسخة نقلتها من الموضوع.

للعلم كان هناك نسخة مزعجة 365 مع الجهاز لانه جديد لكن حذفتها

ازلته و قمت باعادة تثبيته قبل انشاء الموضوع باستخدام Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant

ماهو الذي تم ازالته و اعادة تثبته

الاوفيس لم يتم ازالته من جدوره والتقرير الاول يثبت ذلك هناك نسختين

Office16O365HomePremR_Grace

( الصورة التي وضعتها تقول لديك نسخة اوفيس 2016 بروبلس ريتال ) لكي نزيل كل الالتباسات
استعمل الاداة من موجه الاوامر كمسؤول ودعها الى ان تنتهي واعد تثبت الاوفيس و ارفق تقرير
