السلام عليكم ورحمة الله
اولا ارجوكم اقبلوا عتذارى بسبب اسئلتى الكثيره ولكن والله ده بسبب ثقتى فيكم وفى المنتدى والمستوى الرائع للاعضاء والمشرفين بارك الله فيكم
ثانيا حددثت لي مشكله واعتقد انها سوف تحدث كارثه للكمبيوتر اول مره اقابل بمشكله بهذه الطريقه
وهى حملت لعبه جميله وعملت لها انستول وعندما بدات بعمل كلك لكن ابدا فى التشغيل ظهرت شاشه زرقاء وبها تقرير كبير ولكن مكتوب فى ثانى سطر الاتى bad_pool_header
وفى اخر الصفحه تقرير مكتوب technical information

وبعد سؤال الاصدقاء وتصفح صفحات الانترنت فعلت الخطوات الاتيه
سحبت الرامات وقمت بتنظيفها وتأكد من ان المراوح تعمل بشكل جيد وقمت بحذف الانتى فيرس وتحميل نوع اخر وبعد ذلك حاولت تشغيل اللعبه مره اخرى ولكن ظهرت الشاشه الزرقاء مره اخرى بنفس التقرير
وعرفت ايضا ان الكمبيوتر متجه الى كارثه بسبب الشاشه الزرقاء مع العلم اول مره تصادفنى هذه المشكله
وللعلم اللعبه شغاله بشكل جيد عند اصدقائى يعنى المشكله ليست بسبب اللعبه
ارجوكم ساعدونى بصفه عاجله لحل هذه المشكله وهل يتطلب ذلك عمل فورمات وتنزيل ويندوز جديد

أخي أولاً الشاشة الزرقاء لها عدة مشآكل لآ تدري أيها هي المشكلة

وللتعرف من أين المشكلة أتبع الشرح التالي ,, :d:


الان سأشرح بالصور طريقه لمعرفه المسبب الدقيق للشاشه الزرقاء والريسيت التلقائي خلال دقائق معدوده

الشـــــرح :
1)في كل مره يقوم الويندوز بأظهار الشاشه الزرقاء أو عمل ريسيت يقوم بأنشاء ملف ..وفي هذا الملف يكون فيه السبب للشاشه الزرقاء أو الريسيت.(crash)
الملف أو الملفات موجوده في هذا المجلد

C:\WINDOWS\Minidump

وعن طريق "تحليل" الملف ...يمكن معرفه السبب لمشكله ,التي سببت الشاشه الزرقاء
خلال دقائق وبهذا في بعض الحالات نوفر ساعات من التجارب والتبديل !

الأحتياجــات :
1 ) ما نحتاجه للتحليل هو برنامج **صادر من ميكروسوفت** أسمه WinDbg حجمه 13 MB تقريبا .

يجب عليك تسجيل الدخول او تسجيل لمشاهدة الرابط المخفي

2 ) وأيضا يجب تنزيل ما يسمى بالـ Symbol Packages حجم هذا الملف 192 ميجا ((من لديه أنترنت بطيئ ..لا حاجه لتنزيله سأشرح لاحقا كيف يمكن التخلي عن هذا الملف))**هدف تنزيله هو سرعه في التحليل .

الان سأشرح الطريقه لمن قام بتنزيل الـ Symbol Packages
من لديه انترنت بطيء أو لا يريد تنزيل الـ Symbol Packages هنالك شرح ...في اخر لموضوع

بعد تنزيل الـ Symbol Packages قم بفك الملف وقم بوضعه في أي مجلد تريد

بعد فك الـ Symbol Packages ... قم بتنصيب البرنامج WinDbg
بعد عمليه تنصيب سهله للبرنامج ..قم بتشغيله ...وتتبع الشرح كما هو مبين بالصور

شغلت البرنامج وحاولت اشغل اللعبه بعد ذلك ولكن فوجئت بظهور الشاشه الزرقاء مره اخرى ولم تشتغل اللعبه مع العلم بانه اللعبه جيده واشتغلت عند اصدقاء وبالامس ارفقت لكم نتجيه التحليل والتقرير هل يمكن من التقرير معرفه سبب المشكله وعلاجها ياريت ارجوكم وانا فى انتظار الحل انشاء الله بارك الله فيكم

برجاء الافاده هل لايوجد اى امل للاصلاح غير الفورمات ونسخه ويندوز جديده
