أخواني أنا عارفت أنوا عندي مشكلة قبل ممنوع طرح كمان مشكلة بس هذه المشكلة الذي لم تحل لم تحل أي مشكلة ثانية مشكلتي مع هذا البرنامج الذي ظهرت فجأه لا يسمح لي بفتح أي برنامج و لا شي حتى أدارة المهام بس يخليني أفتح الأكسبلور بس حتى الفاير فكس لا أستطيع فتحه ​

طيب شوف الرد السابق وجرب البرنامج وأنا عطيتك رابط لكيفية الدخول للوضع الآمن وبعدين نشوف اذاما نفعت نجرب الطرق الباقية حتى ماتختلط علينا الطرق

اذهب الى start/run

ثم اكتب regedit

ثم تابع هالمسار
%HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft \Windows\CurrentVersion\Run "1632575944
وقم بحذف المفتاحrun"1632575944

مش زابط لا يسمح لي بعمل regedit حتى أني حاولت كمان مرة على safe mode بس أعمل F8 و بعده safe mode يبدأ ينزل بعدين يطلع و يرجع لأول​

و قم بتنزيل السباي وير دكتور واعمل له تحديث ثم بعمل سكان من الوضع الآمن

بعدها بتظهر لك رساله ثانيه ,, اضغط على >> Yes
اثناء الفحص ممكن يعاد تشغيل الجهاز
وبعد اعادة التشغيل ,, سوف تبدأ الاداة بالفحص مرره ثانيه
لا تقم بتشغيل اي برنامج ،، ومهما طالت عملية الفحص انتظر حتى تنتهي
انتظر حتى يظهر لك تقرير ،،انسخه والصقه بمشاركتك القادمة​

فك الضغط عنه وافتح المجلد avz4
وشغل الملف avz واعمل كما الشرح التالي

ثم الصق محتوى هذا الكود داخل المساحة وتابع الشرح

بعد الانتهاء ستجد مجلد جديد يحمل اسم LOG
يحتوي على ملف html يحمل اسم virusinfo_syscure
